This time, we will show you the laws of building a perfect clutch and clutch assembly. Many times, we find our helicopters shaking and shivering before leaving the ground. Usually the first thing we look at is the head, making sure everything is balanced. Numerous parts on our helicopters, from the tip of the canopy to the end of the tail, can generate a vibration. A misaligned clutch can transfer its vibration throughout the heli and cause excessive wear on the clutch liner or bell.
