Well, first came the 600, then the 700, now the 250 is getting the SE treatment. Alan Szabo Jr just posted these pics on his facebook. This one looks to include servos and gear as well. We'll look into it and as soon as we get more info we'll be sure to post.

What is so "special" about it other than the color of the head components?
Hitec Aurora 9, Futaba 7CHP x 3, Spektrum Dx6i, Hirobo 50 Sceadu Evo Bell 222, Hirobo 30 Sceadu Evo, Blade 400, Align T-rex 450 x 2, Align T-rex 250 with F3C fuse, Msr, MCX...

Not a lot of details yet, but my guess is it will come with servos, and the bling. Don't think there are any significant performance mods if any at all. We should have more details soon.
