CCPM set up help

Hello all. I usually fly a Rappy 50 so the set up is easy and I understand it. I am building a scale ship out of my ole Venture 30. The 30 was set up for me by a heli expert and I never learned how to do it. I cannot figure out the collective and how to set it up with end points and all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
