Depends on the charger, the charge current, battery condition and other factors. But assuming a good charger with proper CC/CV algorithm, charging at 1C (i.e. for a 2100 mAh battery pack charge at 2.1A), it will take a little longer than 1 hour. How much longer depends on the charger and how it handles charging at constant-voltage.
