HELP!!! TREX 450 - ESC set up

I am having problems setting up the ESC.

I am unable to get the ESC to accept mid-timing setting. It will only accept low or high.

Has anyone had this issue and if so, how do I fix it?

If not, any suggestions on who to call since Align does not respond to e-mails or phone calls?

Watch this video on the esc set up at http://www.helifreak.com/viewtopic.php?t=12455 just to be sure your doing it right, if you are then you have a definate problem.

You should also be able to find the align contact for your region via the t-rex forum
