I had a great birthday, the weather in Anchorage Alaska has not been the great
lately due to fall weather wind, rain, wind, rain.

I was out flying my E-Flite Blade CP Pro in the backyard today and it got
gusty real fast and the wind caught my helicopter and pushed it up into
the sky very fast! wow when the wind comes that helicopter takes off
like a kite! I dropped the throttle and barely made it back in one piece.

I had a great day left work at 1530hrs had a BBQ at home, just a quite night, watched a bit of the tennis which was great, Last year's men's singles finalist Marcos Baghdatis was brought undone by unseeded Frenchman Gael Monfils, the 11th seed having no answer to the 20-year-old's combination of raw enthusiasm and athleticism in a 7-6 (7-5) 6-2 2-6 6-0 second round triumph.it was a good game, shame for Baghdatis though, No new toys this year I purchased enough toys already,

rex had an accident it was ready planned on putting it up
in the garage the other night got home from work landing
gear was busted main shaft was bent and the front nose
of the bottom frmae plate snapped off. jen tripped on a
rug stumbled and used the heli to brace herself. I picked
up parts yesterday and plan on getting put back together tonight.

the other is a long process and we are just starting meetings
and so on jen is real excited.

I've gotta order a tail drive gear as well as the tail fin. The sudden stop of the tail stripped about 3 teeth off it. I figured since I had it apart already I'd do my winter maintenance. I don't have anything else that wore out all summer! Even the bearings in the tail were good. I re-packed them with grease and called it good! The worst thing is paying shipping on 2 parts. :(

I don't know what happened to this guy, he lived in the Hawkesbury were I do, If I remember correctly he was just about to fly a Raptor he had just finished, and we had PM'd and were going hook up at his club, but it never happened..ain't seen him on here for ages :(
