Hello Helifino
I’ve been surfing around (as you do) and I saw that you found the Trueblood Engineering site; did you eventually use the S9650 servo mount that they make? on your 450 or did you home brew something :) I’ve recently purchased a S9650 and would like to use their mount but Rediheli are out of stock and cant give me an ETA :( so I left a message on Truebloods forum on Saturday night but to date I’ve heard nothing from them. :( So maybe you have some ideas or anyone else for that matter, please chime in and tell me how you mounted that big digital servo, the Rex is going to be too tail heavy with that trad ional mount it has to go right back on the frame. ;)
Cheers Ralph.

blax1, sorry I'm just getting back to you. It's been awhile since I had visited his site, so I had to go back and refresh my memory(that's what happens when you get old).
No, I'm not using the 9650.
The mount that he was working on at the time was a combination servo mount and gyro guard (it was still in the trail stages I believe). This one that he has now looks different.
At any rate, I believe his stuff was designed around the SE and not the stock 450XL which I have. He wasn't sure at the time if it would even work on the stock 450. Maybe with some modification it would.
We exchanged a few emails and he sent me the head dampeners that he makes(no charge :) ) which I have installed but haven't had a chance to try out.
Sorry I couldn't help you more. He does make some quality stuff and seems to be a heck of a nice guy. You might want to email him again. It might take him a couple of days to get back to you. He might even sell directly to you if you can't find it anywhere.

Hello Helifino
Thank you for getting back to me, yes I to thought he had some interesting products I recently purchased the swash leveller from Rediheli and I will use it when I do my servo upgrade, it should make the level up much easier and simple process. Yes I did realise your post on his site was some time ago, there isn't a lot of disscussion on the site which is a shame he has obviously put a lot of work into it and has some great products, Thanks for your help. :)
Broke-again, Thank you to for that link I will check it out today, I do need the mount kit to move on with my upgrade. ;)
Thank you for your help as well. :)
Cheers Ralph
