Does anyone know where I can purcahse a decent T-Rex 450 XL canopy? Not impressed with the canopy my kit came with  and do not have the time or desire to paint the current canopy. Thanks!

You cant use the canopy right out the box. There is a bit of work that has to go into it to get it looking respectable. You have to trim the flashing off first (scour with knife and snap), then cut out the window, air flow holes, and the hole in the bottom. You also have to cut the flashing off the window portion and stick/screw it on to the canopy. Then it is a matter of using the sticker kit to dicky it up. In the end they look pretty respectable.

If you totally hate it, you can get the 3K carbon look canopy (part #: HS1084) or the carbon look window (part #: HS1083)

I know that there is some things that need to be done to the existing T-Rex canopy that came with the kit.....I would like to replace that canopy for another one. I keep hearing that the canopy that came with the kit is not an ideal canopy to be painted as it will eventual flake off, etc.....I keep seeing all these pictures of various designs on canopies....I know there is some company out there that paints canopies....I just don't know which one.....and I do not have the skill to do it either....nor do I want to.

They do make aftermarket firberglass canopies for it, but I wouldn't know where to start looking to find one.
