Hey guys, I was out flying my 600 nitro super pro when I scuffed my tail blades up and decided to replace them. Now I put on some Rotor Tech carbon fiber blades on and when I started up my heli again, as soon as the govenor kicked in the tail started to hunt really bad. So I backed off the throttle and had to turn my gyro sensitivity down to like 10% now from 21% originally. I dunno if this is a common issue or if I should have that low of sensitivity or what, but if you have any answers why this happens or what my sensitivity should actually be around it would help me out a great deal. My gyro is a JR G770 3D with the 8900G JR servo. My radio I am using is a Futaba 10C.

First thing to do is make sure your tail wasn't damaged at all during your scrape. A bent tail shaft, tight linkage, stripped tail gears, all can cause tail issues.
It's not uncommon, though for a different set of tail blades to make a world of difference in how the tail can respond. If you were running your gyro gain right up at it's highest point, it's possible better blades could make this happen. The 770 is a pretty sensitive gyro....I love mine, though.

I agree with Tdswan. Everyone talks about the main blades, they do not realize what a difference other tail blades can have on performance too.
