Does anyone out there know if OS's new 91HZ F3C Heli motor will install without any clearance issues? The owner's manual does list the older OS91 SX-H C spec as a direct fit. The newer version just out has a different cyl head shape/size as compared to the C spec's head!
I don't know in the sense that I've not installed one of the new engines nor do I have dimensional data, but, it's like unimaginable that OS would bring out a new 90 heli engine that wouldn't fit in mainstream helis. So, I think it's pretty safe to go there if that's in your new heli plans. If you learn otherwise please let us know.

Thanks Ots; I am seriously considering that motor. I was hoping that someone could confirm by having actually done it!

I'm about to shove a C-Spec into an Aurora, not sure that'll work either, but I'll let you know, not sure when, it could be while yet ;)

The new os head has a smaller footprint. In the litature it is written to be a direct drop in.
