Hi Everyone,...
It's been awhile since i've been back here but i've been try to grather some research together trying to find out which of the online stores sell the most Nitro Helicopters.
I was going through the 30-50 and the 60-90 and Wow.
You guys and Incredible,... I was reading the thread that Dan posted about his Heli-Baby Build, What a Great and Detailed Post and then his again in the 60-90 Category about the Restoration thread and many other Great Threads in Each Category.
But anyway I'm getting off topic here,... What I'm needing is a little help from you guys with Nitro in your Blood and Live by shopping at these stores.
Which Stores sell the Most Nitro Helicopters and the Most Nitro Parts and Accessories?
I need this Info to help build up my Database on my RC Website.
Your help would be so much Appreciated and I believe that it would help out many more in the future also.
Thank You
CNH. A.K.A. Jim.

HEliProz has got to be on the top of the list! Two online locations and super quick shipping and they have almost everything in stock. The best deals are when you buy there package stuff. OH man I saved 222.00 dollars getting a Trex 450 package deal over what my LHS would give me on there Good guy deal.

Hi Jim
Re-read G's last sentence.. :)
Heliproz are great, so is Readyheli, and Ron's Heliproz, but there are many more, the majority of these "E"Shops have to be good, because its so competitive and if you wish to stay in business, you really have to step up to mark, that these three have achieved, but like I said there are many other "E"Shops doing the right thing by their customers...
I should point out that this is just my personal opinion, and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of this magazine

If you really want a good deal on a nitro? Watch the classifieds on RR or HeliFreak. Its amzing what guys are blowing out. I will kick myself for not buying the last JR 90 I saw go for under a grand with servos and Gyro.. I blilnked and it was GONE! If you will spend a little time looking at the above E vendors take some notes you will find a killer deal and have it in the mail Monday morning.. Make sure you let us knwo what you end up with.

Yeah,.. Now were on the right track. This is what I need is a list of Vendors.
Vermonster,... Just so i know where to start,.. (I'll end up going thru all of them anyway) But which ones do you think or like the best or shop at the most when you need parts for your Nitro Heli?
I know when i'm shopping for parts for my 450SE v2 it seems like 1 shop never always ever has everything that i need at one time so i end up having to order from 2 or sometimes 3 shops, Is it the same way in the Nitro world?
BTW,.. Again,.. I'm not looking to buy a Heli,.. this is just Research for my website so when visitors come to it the Research is already done instead of them having to seach Google or other search engines for the same information.
Thanks again.
CNH.

Hi Blax,.. Thanks for stopping by.
Yeah I think Heliproz is beginning to look like they are the ones that most of the Nitro Pilots Visit when they need Parts.
Like i was saying in my post above,.. I think it's like most Heli's when it comes to parts it seems like most stores just dont seem to either have everything you need at one time or someone else has something cheaper or somethings cheaper than others do.
So it's just a matter of finding the most popular ones. From other Threads I've come to Believe that Heliproz and HeliDirect seem to be the ones to be going to and have Great Customer Service. Larry over at HD I know has been very Helpful in the past whenever I needed Help, Dennis at Dee Tee Enterprises has always been pretty quick to answer questions and such,... But anyway,.. Yes,.. As you say there are Many, Many, Many, More good ones out there i'm sure.
Blax,... Thanks for Stopping By.

As everyone here knows, the nearest hobby shop in Vermont is over 2 hours away. I do most of my shopping at Heliproz, and Ready Heli. Their service is second to none. Their shipping is second to none, I usually have my parts in two days. For "specialty" parts I shop around. Say like servo parts I use Servocity http://www.servocity.com/. Or setup tools, I like FMP you have to go online to get them http://www.fortunemodelproducts.com/wheretobuy.html
95 percent of my parts come from Heliproz and Ready Heli. If you make a mistake ordering they usually pick it right up and call you to make sure that's what you ordered, before shipping it.

YES, Between both Heliproz and Ready Heli you should be able to obtain all the parts you need. There are exceptions.

For this part of the world i been using helikraft.com they do the world and frieght prices are good. They mainly sell align, raptor, hirobo and kyosho frames and parts. Theyhave good selection of electics from Futaba and Jr. they sell both genuine and OEM parts so even if they out of the genuine they seem to most times have the aftermarket part avaliable. They very fast to deliver and freight cost are very little compared to allot of other places.

I highly recommend Hobby Lobby.
Their prices seem to be average, and their delivery times seem to be a little longer (by a day - but, hey, I'm on the West Coast), but they have EVERYTHING I've ever looked for.
I am rebuilding my old GMP Cobra, and I needed parts for my old OS Max .61FSR-H - They have every part I would need to fix this engine.
Also, check out http://www.1017.org/competitor/cobra.html for old GMP / Hirobo helicopter parts.
