I was curious if and when the E-Raptor's will be out?

Has anyone seen comparisons for this bird with the Align Trex-600?

Thanks you,

Michael

I heard it will be out at the end of the year. Some of them were flying at Ircha and the heli look pretty stout. This will be a eccpm machine not like the nitro Raptors.

They will actually have an option for 90° and 120° swash plates enabling you to use mechanical mixing or CCPM. They will also come in a 5S and 10S version.

Nice!

Where do you find this type of information?

Any ideas of the comparison between TREX 600 & E Raptor?

I posted a good link to RC groups in the 500+ size elec forum. E620SE is the handle it's going by.

The rumors I kept hearing for release was late Aug early Sept, which is amazing considering it is early Sept.

I'd go through that thread on RC Groups and find the video, its pretty crazy.

Supposedly the Trex 600 can't come close to as awesome as this thing is supposed to be.

With the electric heli's what does 5s or 10s version mean?

The ERaptor comes in 5 or 10s versions.

Thanks,

Michael

5S = 5 lipo cells in series (18.5 VDC)
10S = 10 lipo cells in series (37 VDC)

I was looking for a electric heli to go with my nitro bird and the e-Raptor looks pretty good. :D

Those are huge batteries!! They must cost a fortune.

VDC - must be something to do with V?? but DC is direct currentt correct?

Thanks,

Michael

It's so hard to run a cord to the heli for the AC current! LOL :p

Just a question.

What happened to the Marine Corps picture?
