Can't do inverted flight with Trex 450 on Phoenix

I spool up the 450 and get altitude, switch into mode1 or mode2 flight go inverted and give the heli max neg pitch (throttle down) to try inverted hover -and watch it fly into the dirt.

I have checked & recheck my xmitter settings - what am I doing wrong?

Which model T-Rex 450 SE are you using (Trainer, Sport or 3D)?
If you're using the Trainer try the Sport or 3D, Every time I tried the Trainer if fell out of the sky ;)
