Thoughts? :)
Are those 700mm blades?
If they use 710mm blades, will it be a Trex 710?
Looks good from here.

All I have to say is I want one.
SAW 3 of the 4 in the country right now in SD this weekend... Jason, Bert K, Alan put on a stellar show with them... Very light. almost a pound lighter than synergy.

I think it looks a little small for a 90. more like a fiddy on serious steriods.. It doesnt seem to have the presence that the other 90's have.. I saw them all FLY at Fallbrook last weekend. Super nice helo but the pro;s make a bag of dung fly great.. give it to some slouch like me and we will find out how good it really is..

That's exactly how I feel, G. :D
Here's a pic that Bert Kammerer posted of the 700 with the 600.
No, what did it say?
He wearing a RC Heli Magazine T-Shirt.

That's what I said when I saw the pictures of it next to the Avant Aurora.
When you look at the pictures DVS posted with the 700 next to the 600, the 700 doesn't almost dwarf the 600 like most nineties do when next to a 600. Kind of weird...
Anyone who expects a 90 size ship to be absolutely enormous, you're in for a shocker.
The blades they sling are only slightly longer, slightly wider.
The booms are slightly longer.
Parts are slightly beefier.
And they're only slightly heavier.
Todays 50's come out at about 8 pounds average.
a modern 90 weighs about 11 pounds, giver or take a pound.
(All fueled up and ready to fly)
Most of that weight is just in the engine, and the extra fuel onboard.

IMO, it's not the slight difference in size and weight, but the presence of a 90 heli seems much greater than a 50 heli. or a 700 over the 600 nitro.

It is the smallest difference but enough to catch the eye.. I am betting it is going to feel real good to the guys that like the snappy feel of a 50. The guys looking for the solid feel of the existing 90's it may take some getting used too.. Either way Align is going to make it possible for more to venture into the 90 sized market.. Way to go Align..
