Okay, here is the newbee again.
I am building my first Scale Heli and hope to get some answers and/or opinions on setting up the throttle and pitch curves for flying scale.
I assume I would only use the normal curve for both the throttle and pitch curves.
I fly electric and the normal throttle curve I like is 0, 65, 85, 95, 100. Is this okay for scale or should I change it? Multi Gov recommends 0, 40, 65, 85, 100 for normal flight.
I bought a governor (eMulti Gov) and want to know what headspeed I should use. I set it for 1,700 for now, but was told (by an inexperienced scale pilot) that 1,400-1,600 was more desirable for scale. Is that correct?? Is 55% of throttle stick input a good setting for the governor to kick in?
Now for the pitch questions. I think I should set low stick at -2 to -4 degrees, mid stick at +4 degrees and full stick at +10 degrees. But how do you do this, electronically (pitch curve) or mechanically?? Is this correct or should mid stick be at 0 degrees like 3d flying??
Thanks so much
