Raptor pitch setup problem

Hi Guys,
trying to setup my raptor for the first time. I followed the manual for setting up the pitch,
but it doesn't seem to have full travel.
I can only get it to move from about 5 deg to +10, it wont go down to -2 on the built in pitch
gauge. What am I doing wrong?

Have you measured your linkages? An obvious question I know but I had mine out by nearly a mm when I first set mine up and this restricted travel.

Have you also checked all your radio settings?

I'll sit down tonight with the digital calipers and go over everything,
then i'll sit and go through the radio settings

On your radio check you ATV rates and make sure they are at 100 percent travel.

I have now discovered the problem,
The swash setting was set to 120deg, when infact it should have been set on NORM (one servo)
I now have full travel!!
Thanks guys, you have gotten me out of trouble again.....
