G'day all,
I am about to start building m,y Funkey Ranger and have a TT Titan to put in it. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for construction, In paticular what they used to glue the windows to the fuse,... the instructions say silicon or goop, I am not sure what to do,...
Thanks

Ive been using silicon to glue all the canopies on my airplanes. Seems to handle the vibration and the Heat real well.

Here at the office we use GOOP. It allows us to install the windows fast and it is easy to clean up. If GOOP gets on the window let it dry for a bit and then rub it off. It only takes a little bit to install the windows. Just put a drop on each corner and some in the middle if needed. Good luck with your build and if you have any questions just drop in and post. Take some photo's too, we all love photos. :D

Wow!!! such encouraging comments,..I will for sure post pics and make a builds thread on this thing,.. Thanksd Guys! :) ,..anyway At the moment I am still trying to tack down some lighting,.... I think I may go with maxxlights.com he seems very helpful,..... but to be honest the hardest thing is to choose a colour scheme,....I have trawlled thu Airliners.net that many times, there is just nothing there thats grabs my attention. If I could find Hihg skids I would more than likely do an Australian Army Kiowa,,... but as I only have access to the Raptor gear, maybe something civillian, :)
Just checked out that website,..it's fantastic,..I didn't think som many PPL were ionot scale,..I thought I was one of the few!
anyway thanks guys I'll get my pics organised.

I think maxxlights is now called xlights. Anyway, I just received the lights for my 500D from them. Email them for a price quote. They can send you any combo/ light scheme you need/want. Plus by emailing, I got a better price as opposed to just ordering straight off the website. Anything to save a buck. ;) The guy is real nice to deal with.
Here's the link if anyone else is interested. http://www.myxlights.com/index.htm
