new to helis

just wanted to say hello to everybody

i just bought a eflite blade cp as my first heli and i am very stoked about flying it

i have been around rc cars and trucks for years

Sounds like we have the same background. i too have a BCP and I love it. By far the most fun i have had with anything RC in years.

I share the same story only with a BCX, I think my dog can fly it. Anyway that lead to the G-3 simulator which has lead to me ordering my first Nitro Bird............after i spent many hours looking, debating and .....well..........ya know...............I decided on the Century Hawk Pro. It should be here this week and I cant wait to get it in the air.

I also have a BCX and can hover quite good. But then i took it outside and well its dead. So im going to jump to a BCP, because it can fly outside right?

Yes it can, in moderate winds. The CX and the CP can both handle about the same amount of wind.. The CP can handle a tad more but not much.
