The spring broke in my Real Flight Interlink Controller again.
Even though I have a spare Interlink controller since they sent me two from the previous spring breaking, I fixed it anyways.
Heres How:
You need:
small phillips screw driver
5 minute epoxy
trimming nail
drill bit
drill.
Take the 4 screws out on the back of the TX.
Take the 3 screws out on the front of the controller for the gimbal that is broken.
Find a drill bit that fits into the rocker arm hole. It should be a tight fit, nothing too sloppy.
Then find a trimming nail, bolt, pin etc. that fits into the rocker arm hole as well. Again nothing too sloppy.
Drill a hole in the exact location the broken plastic pin was located.
Cut about 1/4" off the nail off from the head of the nail.
Put the nail in the hole and then slide the rocker arm on it.
Glue the head of the nail in place so it does not back out.
Slap it back together and fly!
