I'm thinking about buying this Schweizer 300 (http://www.centuryheli.com/products/helikits/cn1030schweizer300/index.html?currentid=115) kit for my Hawk Sport. Does anyone have any input as to the quality of this kit or any recommendations?

You might want to check out this site, if you haven't already. You may find a little more info on it. Good luck and welcome to the forum btw.

Alright another Hawk guy!!!. Glad to see you, and welcome to the fourms.

If you have not done it yet, make sure you locktite your bearings to your counter drive shaft.

I have set one up for a friend a number of years ago. I was very impressed with the fiberglass work, the quality of the painting and the kewl opening and closing doors. It flew very well - much like the pod and boom version - even autos were a breeze.

It was one of the Century helis I experienced that had me start taking a more serious look at their products.

I thought it an ideal first scaler.

two thumbs up!! :)
