I having a serious problem with a raptor 50. The blades will lose their track when put under stress, like doing a loop.
I changed the spindle and put new dampers.
At the beginning of flight everything is fine, put as soon I put stress on blades they go out of wack. the difference of height could be 3" or more and make that terrible noise.....

should I change the main mast? if any had this problem please let me know how you solve it.

thank you

I don't know how many flights you have on it or whether it's been crashed before, but I'd look for worn out parts. The washout is prone to wearing out each season if you fly a lot. It would have to have A LOT of slack, though to make the blades go out of track that much. If it's been crashed and you didn't replace the main shaft, you probably need to. The slightest bend can cause big problems. Make sure the head block is tight and not cracked, etc. Stress test all of your links on the head to make sure they're not ready to pop off. Feathering shaft is another part that almost ALWAYS bends in a crash or strike of some sort. Are you flying wood or carbon blades. Woodies are only recommended for 100 flights or so. Is your swashplate bearing separating?
I'm just spitballing, though. It could be something completely different, but they're some things to try.
Good Luck

ok, I'll try changing the main shaft, this is fustrating, I am thinking of changing everything in the head. I have a new swash plate on.

Is it possible to have the blade grips too tight? So tight that a blade may shift a little under stress and not be able to return to exactly the same spot?

I believe I have found the problem. It was not mechanical, more programing. The guys at hobby shop help me I had too much pitch not enough head speed.

thank you everyone
