That's what I emailed to the staff,hope to have a response.

Dear Sirs,

after several emails I'm very upset about my subscription.From the start I've received only #2, after that I've send a doven of emails to receive #3 and after several emails again, until now, I've not received #4 and #5.
I'm very tired of this situation and I think tha you haven't made nothing to solve this problem.
At this point I'd like to know if you are able to send my subscription regularly otherwise I'd like to have my moneys back.

Well, July 4th was also a holiday here in the land of the free, maybe now that Wednesday is a work day, someone will get back to you.
