.... you decide to become an rc heli pilot?
I was at a hobby shop in Mass. with my fiance`{fall 2004} and noticed the Kyosho Caliber30 on the shelf.
I said jokingly, 'I want that for christmas!'
Sure enough on christmas morning, she gave me this big box wrapped so nicely. Me being a carpenter, thought it was a tool kit of some sort. Anyway, I opened it up and saw the picture of the Cal30 :D
My first flite was May 9th of 2005. I have a couple of short vids that are a memory of me not knowing anything about helis and how much I have progressed in the past 14 months. I'm a 2 gallon a week habit flite-time at the present moment besides the past few days due to torrential rains and flooding. I use the sim and find it very worthwhile to practice with. It saves a ton of money.
Anyway, I'm heli-cuzz, my real name is Brian and I fly helis everyday. :D
