Does anyone else have the problem of after a minor crash the swash seperating from the control surfaces?

Which heli? If you're talking about the T-Rex, yes, the plastic ring around the swash bearing can come loose, it can be easily glued back in place. As for anything else, I'm sure it can happen. It probably separates at the bearing, these are usually pressed in.

I was talking about the BCX. Sorry. It's no big deal to correct, just open the canopy and press them back together.

I'd put some glue in there for good measure but make sure you don't get any into the bearings.

Uh. I don't think there's bearings in there anymore... I don't know if they were in there from the beginning or what. :(

I don't think there are bearings in the CX swash, I've never looked closely but I'm pretty sure it's just the brass ball. The CX swash plates can separate, generally they don't separate easily until it happens a bunch and then the lip that holds it together gets worn down from popping on and off so much. If you want to solve the problem just buy a new one. I believe if you pop it apart and put a little bit of CA on the lip it will help, but before you put it back together be sure the CA is dry so you don't glue the swash together, then it wont rotate very well... .
