need help setting up

i am new to hobbyi have picked up a trex xl have built it need to know what pinion gear should i run 11t 13t and 15t
radio is a jr xp6102 any help on setting up radio got it used no manual
phoenix 35 esc what setting should i use on it looks like 8 dif setting with each setting having a few options
futaba avcs rate gyro gy401
align 400lf outrunner motor
3 jr servos nes-241
1 jr servo ds281
also have lipo bats with charger
and i have been using real flight sim g3
