Where did I go wrong?

I have just finished up the final touches on this Bell-hiller upgrade, maticulously following all directions to the letter, and I go to spool it up and through a curtin range of throttle, it vibrates like there is no tomorrow. at the point of lift off it settles down a bit but good lord! its like a fish out of water there for a while. any ideas?

did you recheck the tracking of the main blades? Im no expert but i have beatn my CP blades up enough to know if they are out of track it will shake to a point then smooth out alittle.
