programing airtronics rd 6000 super for running seperate esc

I, have both a hummingbird fp and cp elite that I am converting to seperates with main brushless and tail brushed and lipo. I need to know how to program my airtronics rd 6000 super and esc's to work properly. I have found web pages as a guide but I need more info geared for my setup. Please don't send me a link to helihobby.com. I used this site to wire it up, every thing works but the tailrotor stick works reverced, and i tried to miror the settings in the tx but the tail motor spunup to a very high rpm and burnt the motor in 3 seconds. Could you please do an artical on how to wire and program seperates for diferant TX s. I am not using the mixingboard it locks up when using 900MAH 3cell Lipol battery.

Lightning brushless motor p# cen 252
Pixie-7P ESC for tail
High athority tailmotor
Tunderpower 900 MAH 3 cell Lipo battery
Any help is needed have been working on this for sometime.
