Futaba 3110 servos

Anyone using Futaba 3110 servos? Pros and cons?

I know a couple of guys that run 3110's on the Trex and they are very happy with the performance. Most people you find on the forums will swear that the 3110 is the best servo for a 400 size heli.

Just a note, you will most likely need to cut a notch on one side of the servo where the mounting hole is. The holes don't match up perfectly with the holes on Trex.

I'll second that, not the best fit in the T-Rex, but a very good little servo!

I have these servos on the swash and tail of my 450XL HDE... unfortunatly I dont yet have everything I need to fly so i cant report on them, still need a battery and gyro, but I decided to use them after getting one for a foamy plane and noticing how much better it was than all the other servos i had.... :D I did have to notch one side because the holes dont line up, they are too close together...
