Missing #4

Hi Mike,
I'm still waiting for #4, I have send n Email to you but i haven't received any response.
From my subscription date 11/07/05, I have received regulary only #2 and I have to send a lot of email to receive the others.
I start to be upset about the subscription to your mag.

Hello all,
don't know what append with international customers, but look that many of them have delivery problems.

I get problems with all issues, always asking Mike to resend missing issue.

Now for issue 4 , of course i never get it, and i even don't get answer from Mike after requesting again the missing issue by email.

The magazine is a very good one, but after months of problems, unfortunately, i'm sure now i will not suscribe again for the next year !

Hi Mike,

I have sent you several email about the missing issues but I never received any response.
First one 02/05, second one 07/05 post on forum on 10/05 also send emails to customer service; the only reply to all is on this forum today 20 days later.
From my subscription I've received only my first issue than I have had a lot of problems.
If this is the service that you can provide overseas please stop my subscription and give my money back.

Marco, a replacement copy of Issue 3 was sent to you on April 10th via airmail. If you have yet to receive we'll send another along with issue 4. We do have your address on file.

i try again to get feedback from you.
as y already mention here on the forum and by direct Email to you.
have problems to get issue 4 (again...) never get my copy here.

i get no answer from you here on the forums, and no answer to my PM and my email.

any news welcome !! will be great to get issue 4 and perhaps 5 , or same long and hard road will start again to get it ?.
