I have finished putting together a photo instruction manual for Balancing your micro heli so it will fly incredibly smooth and even hands off (for short periods of time in no wind).
Thanks for being patient while I worked to perfect these techniques! This is the culmination of everything I learned after years of working on military helicoptors and applying them the the micro helis we all love to fly. It was written directly for the Honeybee CP, CP2, FP and Blade CP series of micro helicoptors (and can also be applied to the Esky King, Cool and a whole host of other micro helis).
Update: This forum will not allow a 1.2 meg PDF file to be uploaded so if you want this information just email me at Scott.helmann@us.army.mil
or check out the micro forum (top item on the list) at http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=42
This might be a better link to more info (the file you want is on this page) http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=494197#post5209342
