tx dosent work

when i plug my tx in the computer the computer dosent reconisce it and when i go into realflight G3 i have no controll


can someone tell me whats going on??????

When you installed G3 did you have to enter the serial number off of the tx? If not, you did not get a proper installation and you need to uninstall it and start all over again with the tx plugged in.

If that is OK, then go under the pull down labeled "Controller", choose "Select Controller", and there should only be "1. Interlink Joystick" - make sure that has a check mark in front of it.

Try that and let us know.

Oh Oh, has the computer ever recognized the Tx?
Is this a new install- of G3?
Have you treid a different USB port?
When I plug mine in the computer chimes that it has found new hardware G3 will not function with the Tx not plugged in, you have to establish the USB connection first

i have the reli old G2 plug ands it's not a USB its like something elce

G3 or G3.5 will not work with the G2 hardware.
