Finally! I just finished upgrading my Hornet FP to CP. I'm embarrased to say that I started this back in 2003 :o I ended up breaking more parts in putting it together than I would have in flying it.
I cranked her up indoors this evening. I only took it to mid-stick to see if it would fly apart.
She held together fine! Purred like a kitten, no tail wag, no drifting, no adjustment needed to the gyro. She just held in one place. :cool:
I sure hope she holds like that when I attempt my first hover tomorrow(weather permitting).
I owe alot to this forum and to the guys who are willing to answer questions no matter how dumb they are(the questions,not the guys answering them). I still have a lot to learn and a long way to go.
