I'll get there.
I need to fly this thing, first, then come the pics.
My GY611 is giving me some troubls ATM. I may be sending it in to Futaba to get looked at.
I might be getting a Logictec 6100T gyrp for this baby. I got to see that gyro in action this weekend on a TREX600, and it was amazing.
The 611 may be going to my 50. we'll see.
I received a comment today on another forum by Augusto Arevalo himself, (the designer/ creator of this "machine".
Dan,
I love the paintjob. The color combination looks very very nice.
Augusto.

It's kinda silly, but that is a HUGE honor for THE MAN to have said that.
I just wonder what he would say once I fly this and stick it in the dirt.
Truthfully, Im scared to fly it. I have over $2500 invested in it. I very afraid of it becoming a "hangar queen"
But then, then, you wouldnt get to see any flight pictures. I'll see what I can do, Cuz.

Oh yeah, I didnt notice untill AFTER the pictures were taken that my paddles were crooked. The guys in hair & makeup slapped those on there for the photo shoot.
Don't worry, all the guys in Hair & Makeup have been duely FIRED!

LoL
I love the paint job, very nice color scheme. Don't put that thing into the dirt, I'll cry.
I'm in the market for a 90 but am not rushing anything yet.
Its between the Synergy or the Avant. For now I'll stay with my Caliber5, Caliber 30, and rexy. :)
Beauitful heli you have.

The paint artists name is Angelo Bouyoukas of Woodstock, Illinois.
He isnt one of the "big boys", but he does excellent work.
He uses HOK paints.
A canopy job by him will cost you roughly 1/4 to 1/3 than the other guys. Best part is, you will get your canopy back in roughly 2-3 weeks.
You can contact him by searching for "AngeloB" on one of the otheRR forums.

Not quite like a PiccooZ, Blade, or a Dragon Fly or anything, but yes. I agree with you. It oozes quality. Just as long as you say so, 'cuz I'm sure you know quality, Blax ;)
But seriously, though. This is some high quality stuff.

Cuzz, get a 90. Dont wait, just do it.
a 90 will only make you fly better.
And if you still cant fly it, it looks better anyway, because you are doing it on a 90!
Remember those old Basketball shoes commercials, where a guy would say, "It must be the shoes!"
Even if the shoes won't help you dunk a B-Ball, or get you into the NBA, a heli really will boost your skills.

I will own one, but the new baby being born and I bought another Caliber5. Due to finances, the 90 will be at the end of the year{tax time} :D
For now I have my 30 and 50's
DJ, I'll fly the $h@t out of a 90 ;)
That is a beautiful design of a MR head.

Howdy DJB,
That's an absolutely beautiful bird ... fantastic canopy work ... and mechanics. Great job.
Love the head design ...
Augusto is finally getting this bird together after a lot of startup problems ... and I think it's going to be a hard bird to beat.
Congratulations!

The heli is in the late prototype stages still, and having spoken with Augusto myself I can assure you that he has been busy with continuous updates and revisions to the design so that when it does finally come to market its ready. I have complete faith that it will make it to market, but I have no clue of when that actually will be

it flies better :D It might actually be lighter now.
It is the "old" EFX because it isnt the "new" Aurora.
I don't have one of those yet.
It is "old", because I bought it in February.
ya wanna buy it?
