ok heres the deal( take into consideration I know nothing about helis) I charged the batteries. plugged them in trying to set the trim settings. because the first time, I am slowly increasing throttle power and the heli goes backward and the rotor hits the dirt and it tips over. The consecutive times it just want to tip over now matter where the settings are at. I have a vnr3d am I just not applying enough pressure on the throttle stic. I am slowing building up headspeed until it just floats off the ground. and last where is the best place to find out info about the setup of the heli, nothing has brok so far, but I am afraid something could go out of alingment like pitch and stuff like that. This is the the kind of hobby I have been looking for, I can see myself losing alot of time in this. The plan is to learn as much about helis and flying I can during the summer with my electric and switch to learning about nitro birds during the winter when the only thing I can do is build.

Try trimming the heli forward some, in your case, probably a lot. Just push the trim for the right stick upward and try lifting off again. If it still bolts to the rear, trim it more. If you trim it all the way forward and it still wants to do it, you may need to re-check the mechanical setup to get the swashplate a little more level ad center stick. I don't know much about the vnr (venom?), but it's pretty much a standard across the board to make sure the swash is as level as you can get it.
