Best of luck with the T-Rex. Before you fly, you should make sure the tail is set up right first, These little monsters can be hard to set up. I like to still put on the training gear when maidening a new electric. They're just so darn tippy, I'd hate to have something go horribly wrong on the first flight like the gyro being revesed or not holding properly.

Good luck! We're all pulling for ya!

All my friends, they got BIG CAJONES!!!! :p

It's great to have someone close by to help with setup. PICK HIS BRAIN!!!! He's worth his weight in gold. I also had a GREAT teacher. I still consult him on occasion. I'm not a pro 3D'er, but I am getting to be an expert at setup. I've done about 8 setups and just changed radios on my 2, so That could count as 10 since I had to reset all of the pitch and throttle curves on both. ;)

Have your wife sit down with your sim for a few minutes, that shut mine up and she doesn't ask to fly my planes anymore either, too scared now. Eventually I will convince her trainer cords are safe. :D
