I was wondreing if any one could help me with setting up my flight sim. I have a e-flite blade cp pro with the 6 channel transmitter. I am new o the R/C heli world. I have purchased a simblaster and fms flight simulator but cant seem to get it set up. I try to use it and the helicopter is all over the place. none of the controls seem to match up. And sometimes it will work one minute and then stop. It was suppossed to be a plug and play, but it did not turn out to be so simple. I am really looking forward to learning how to fly my heli, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try these settings
RUD 4
ELE 2 INVERTED
AIL 1
THR 3
TAIL 4
NICK 2 INVERTED
ROL 1
PITCH 3
if not then just set everything to 1 then work one channel at a time till you get the desire results.
Hope this helps

I tried the configuration you suggested and had no luck. I have messed around with it a little even tried setting them all to one and go from there. Nothing!! I really appreciate your advice and hoping maybe you have some more.

If when you start the FMS simulator and the model goes crazy from the get go then either your transmitter isn't turned on or your cable is loose on the back side of the TX.

It doesnt go crazy when I hook it up or turn it on. When I try to use the transmitter the helicopter just leans over and crashes. I just cant get any of the controls to do what they are supposed to. I have all the origonal paper work that came with the heli. Just cant get the flight sim to work. And truth be told I am not that great with computers. I bought this sim cable becouse the guy at simblaster said it was plug and play. I did not realize there was more to it than that. I have e-mailed them a couple of times but have had no luck!

Hi all: I'm a newbie electric RC guy, and I'd like to use FMS and a usb interface I bought from SIMBLASTER.com. as an easy way to enter the simulator world. The FMS works fine with a Microsoft joystick, but I cannot get Windows XP Media Edition to recognize the USB interface so that I can use it with a Futaba T6XA-s transmitter. Has anyone had this problem? The company has already replaced my first "non-functioning" unit, but I'm becoming convinced that the real problem is a compatability issue between the USB interface and Windows itself. Any feedback would be appreciated. By the way, I've seen G3, Reflex, and AeroFly. Can I get a recommendation for the best "hi-end" sim BEFORE in invest?
best of luck - that's some interesting reading ..

It's been awhile since I've played around with fms, so if I'm way off I apologise in advance. Did you first choose a tx from the menu that matches yours? Then I think you have to configure it to your controls. After that choose a model and start off in low throttle. You still may have to put in some trim to keep it from crashing. Hope this helps.
