It is a safety issue. It shows you must be safely outside the door when flying a Raptor inside around a group of people.

on a side note i dont think most sane people would consider flying a bird of that size indoors. i dont think the wife would appreciate me doing that and i am sure i would be permanently outside if i did :)

These were not sane people. They were definitely doing it for publicity and obviously succeeded. There's more talk about this video than anything else. They should have copyrighted it and sold it.

whatever , not my cup of tea but i guess it depends on the person. not a very safe thing to do but very impressive however.
