Hey Mike, I read an artical on replaceing clutch liner in clutch bell. was wondering if you know where I can find this liner or just some of the material to do this??? I have a Caliber 5 and a Caliber 30. In the future maybe you could add resources to articals like this. The airplane mag how to articals have this a lot.

In the article we used Thunder Tiger clutch liners. Check your manual to see if Kyosho sells clutch linners. If so you you should be able to order through your local hobby shop or one of the stores that advertises in RC Heli.

Thanks for getting back to me. ;) I did check with Heli proz. I did not find them listed on the online catalog pages so I called them. They did not have them. They did give me a phone number for Kyosho USA. I called and orderd two. One other thing that that the Heli Proz guy told me , is that they are very thin when you look at most other makers liners. So! this is what I did while the factory parts are on the way, I went to Auto Zone and got some 3/32" gasket materail. I used lighter fluid ( Naptha) to remove the old liner, which came right out without a fight! Then I made a thin cardboard pattern that fit like your artical list. I then made a clutch bell liner out of the gasket material with the pattern. After this like the artical lists, I put electrical tape around the clutch shoe. I felt a little apprehensive about the whole 80 grit sanding with drill. I then put two way tape on the new gasket to hold it to a section of Pergo flooring I keep on my work bench and block sanded it with 220 grit sand paper to get the fit I was looking for. after I was satsified with my fit, I then used.... are you ready for this??? GWS GLUE  Yes, the stuff that comes with the foam airplane kits!!! to glue gaskit in the clutch bell. you must put a coating on both parts and let them tack up. Then put the gasket in and push in the electrical tape wound clutch shoe to hold the gasket in till dry. I then put it all back in my chopper, took it up to my flying field and flew the mess out of it for about four tanks of nitro. I got it home and gave it a good inspection. It was fantastic!!!! no dust particals at all  It clutches at right speed still, no funny smells, no strange sounds. It worked perfect and it's thicker then the factory liner. Oh, by the way it cost two dollars for the material and I can make lots more from it :D Now, I'm not saying that everyone should try it but it worked for me.......so far
