Paypal just screwed me over!
despite showing proof of postage, some miserable scroat in Italy just screwed me over saying "non shippment" and paypal found in his favour, despite he being non confirmed with paypal.
So now I'm down $200, W$%kers!
Pisses me off when I showed them postage proof and even the customs form showing the address ect!
just venting, on with the show

no, not with paypal, my appeal was I told them to shove their account where it was unlikely to see daylight!

That sucks, I hate dealing overseas. At least in this country you could drive there and beat the crap out of the person that cheated you  .

I came here from overseas(uk) and have dealt with people all over the world, for at least the last 8 or so years and never had an issue.
The one time I get stiffed, I had thought paypal would protect me, but hey you live and learn.
I closed my account with paypal, in short order, now I'm being harrased by them, telling me they did everything that "their" policy states they should do!
Blah Blah Blah! Guess I won't be using Ebay anymore, as you can't fart on there now without using paypal, lol

Sorry to hear about that. Had an experience like that with someone in France. Luckly it was only about $50. With PayPal I will not let them ding my checking/savings account. I have it tied to my AMEX card as I have found through may years of dealing with them that all it takes is a phone call to them and usually within 10 minutes the person comes back on the phone and says "It is all taken care of." Visa and MC want letters, phone call info, blah, blah, blah and then they say, sorry and charge you back interest from when the charge was first made.
