Anyone had any workbench "ERRORS"?

How about cracking your tail case and also breaking a tail servo tooth? :o

Don't quite know how I did it but it happened. Got it replaced already. When I disassembled the tail case I moved the linkage and noticed the servo popped, opened her up and two teeth were missing on a gear. Got a gear pack and replaced them servo is fine. Replaced the tail case and tail control set. 18 bucks, not too bad.

But sucks when it has yet to leave the ground. The build is finished, but yesterday the winds were gusting to 50mph and today there is snow squalls. So it will still be days or weeks even before she goes up.

I am already thinking Aluminum tail for the Trex SA. More money but hey at least I know how to replace stuff as this build went. :D

LoL Workbench errors.

I had one. It was after my first smackdown with my Caliber30. Damage wasn't to bad, but the skid mounts on the frame broke away, so instead of replacing the split-frame, I drilled a hole through the bottom of the frame to mount the skids. Anyway, the drill bit... once through the plastic, the bit grabbed like it was threaded and proceeded to put a puncture wound in the tank. I fixed the tank with a hot-glue gun and have over 25 gallons on the punctured tank with no leaks. Next time, I'll remove the tank.

I haven't made any WB errors with the helis yet but my latest one with the T-MAXX was the other day I was filling my new shocks with silicone oil and oops....dropped the shock on the ground. silicone oil everywhere on me my shorts (still trying to figure out how to get the stain out) just a mess!

I just had one with my Raptor 90. I was spinning the Heli to work on the other side and I hit the tail fin into the chair. Needless to say I snapped a small section of the fin off. Nothing major but an error just the same.

I have a JR Ergo 60, boght it used and it came with everything you need to fly, fuel, starter, everything. It has a XP 8103 controller. The flybar was bent and caused vibration when I first tryed to fly it so I replaced it, centered it and now it acts as if it is binding or I have the linkage set wrong. Is there a "static" setting I can do with the heli on the workbench? Any help would be appreciated. I did get the assembly manuel with heli, but that was all. Gary
