AC/DC power supply.
Was in a Meijer Store, found the TravelMate AC/DC converter w/lighter plug for 19 bucks. 12v at 6amp Max regulated. Stopped by Radio Shack and picked up a lighter plug adapter w/banana plugs.
Just hooked up my charger, plugged in the Balancer and Li-Po, charged her right up no errors.
If any interest I will get some pics and specifics.
