I would appreciate help from anyone with advice. I have a Kyosho Caliber 30. I am having problems with severe vibration when the engine is spooling up. I have balanced and tracked the blades, but something is off. I am having a hard time getting the blades to track correctly. This helicopter has been hovered with training gear, and I have never crashed it, or had a hard landing. Last time I was flew I ran a tank of gas through it with no problems. When I refueled and tried to go again, it started shaking like it was going to throw the blades off, so I shut it down, and tried to trouble shoot, but I am lost. I live in a small city and there is no one with knowledge to help. Specific advice would be appreciated.

Well, until the blades straighten out from transport, it will shake on spool-up. Make sure your blades are tight enough to hold the heli on it's side and they should stay there until you give it a small bump, then they should drop.

If you're sure the blades are balanced and the CG matches, you may want to check for any slack on the main shaft. If it's relatively new, I'm sure your bearings aren't worn out, but make sure they're mounted tightly and not spinning in the frame.

If your constantly adjusting tracking, I'd check for any slack in the head. Loose screws that hold the washout, flybar or anything of that nature. I'm sure someone else will think of something that I haven't so keep us posted on what you find!

Good luck.
