:: KX860008A 600XL Motor Recall Announcement ::
The first batch of the align 600xl motor has been found to be defective, and is being recalled. Here at Assurance RC we will replace any motor that has been purchased here (not ebay, or overseas). Due to the heat treatment that is undergone in the production process, some of the motors have had a weakened shaft. There is already a new batch out to correct the problem. The newer batch of motors has a serial number in the upper right hand portion of the bottom plate.
If you have purchased one of the 600XL motors from us, please contact us by email including your order ID or original order notification. If you have purchased it from overseas, or ebay you will need to contact whomever you purchased it from to recieve a replacement. If you have any questions feel free to contact us. We are expecting the new replacement motors by next week. Please contact us as early as you can in order to save time for delivery. Wish everyone has a Happy New Year!!! ^_^
