I can believe how mild the weather is here, for today anyway. This area usually has at least a foor of snow by now, so taking advantage of the weather i went to the local park for some much needed air time. After flying my last pack, i landed in the grass and walked over to pick the heli up. I could smell it before i had even reached the heli, but the gods must have been smiling on me. The heli had landed millimeteres away from the most disgusting pile of dog u know what! I say dog, only because i have never seen a horse around there...but it must have been a big dog. Even the flys stuck to it were built like houses!

Anyway, this got me thinking - weve all probably stepped in it, but how many of us have been unfortunate enough to land your heli in it?

Its bad enough having to clean shoes, i cant imagine what i would have done if it was the heli....i mean i have to drive to the park and i doubt i would put a heli covered in doo doo on the back seat...and to clean it......yuckkkk!

I had my dog with me at the field once and she DID crap on the field! Luckily we've got a shovel and I was alone out there....but it was real tempting to just leave it there! ;)

I never landed in dog crap but walking to place my heli for flight I almost stepped in some. :rolleyes:

Not to get up on the soap box but I think this shows whats wrong with some people today. They do not think about anybody but themselves. Ok I'm done. :mad:
