Server ( hack ) Instructions Link

Here is a link to what seems to be a server "hack" of sorts that claims to work

I am going to try it tonight - the add loopback part is a bit sketchy - I will expand on it if it doesn't make sense to anyone that wants to "have a go" as they say :)

first I must draw the pentagram ( with chalk ), and then light the candles....... :D

still doesn't seem to work, it has to be THE GOAT -

I knew that something was missing ?@?@#$

I'm thinking that the easiest way to do this, is direct connect ( unplug the router ) and shut down the firewall - that certainly doesn't leave much to get in the way :confused: :confused:

I noticed that when I looked for other servers - there really aren't that many running, considering the number of them out there, and the fact that it's the weekend - I wonder if it speaks for itself :(

At the risk of sounding like "I told ya so" that is why I'm putting a box together to run it on the WAN side of my network, in order to get G3 to play nice, it has to have all security off, it's a terrible piece of software, when it come to multiplayer.
