Could you guys name me some good heli sites you guys go to (not the ones under links). I'm coming from rc cars and trucks and theres a million sites that clubs and people have created so I thought it must be the same for helicopters.

This one is also the only one I check several times a day. The other that I frequent is www.runryder.com, but be ready for some pretty arrogant people on there. Not all of them, but there's a select few that tend to be a bit annoying or downright rude. I've also had great help on there, so don't let that steer you away. The only real reason I visit RunRyder is for the gasser forums. There's pretty much a batallion of gasser gurus on there and gassers are VERY finicky at first so I needed a little help.

I'm pretty much faithful to this one also. Every once in awhile I check out http://www.helifreak.com/index.php just to see what else is going on out there. :)

LoL, Very true td, most are very helpful, but there are those few that think, hey, I'm better than you attitude.
RR scenario for me. I started a thread about a factory defect and it turned into a, I'm running my engine lean thread. The RR member who started all the flaming in my original thread, took my photo and started his own thread. Needless to say, he was shot down by many other members and I did get the final say. It's pretty sad that somebody will start a thread with someone elses problem.

It's coincidence that when I became interested in R/C helis that I found the RCHeli mag at the local mag shop, and then this site, ordered back issues to catch up - I bought my first electric - and here I stay -
I might do a search for something and end up at another site - to read the article - but that's it....
