I just put a set of Mavrikk E-Series 305/315 blades on my MX400 Pro and while the wooden blades tracked perfectly the Mavrikk are off by about 1/4 inch. Any link adjustment just moves the blades to 1/4 inch the other way. Cannot get them perfect. The shafts are new and straight. The blade grips are equal distance from the hub, etc. I have the long tail boom and all metal helimax head upgrades on this bird. It flies and handles perfectly and the blades sound like they should. Should I be overly concerned about this?
Thanks.

Hi - this is just for your info - ran into it in another site somewhere:
Also, I've noticed before that if your headspeed is too high with some blades, it will cause them to go in and out of track.
I don't know if that is of any help - but at least you're not alone with the "tracking" prob .
Here are links to a couple of forums with people having similar probs........ and some solutions.

Thanks phatchantz,
Read the links you supplied so I know I am not alone. From what I gather there is too much slop in blade grips/shaft and the head so they wobble. I have the metal head block which has the two rubber o-rings and a plastic spacer on each side between the head and blade grips. I have no way of measuring head speed but that also could be a factor. I will try and slow it down and see.
